A brief overview of survey methods and survey statements used in the article
The above mentioned research strategy challenged by numerous environmental
concepts and factors. In the given study these environmental factors are examined by the help
of evaluating a survey in Nigeria. The survey method used for fulfilling the same purpose
was determined to be a quantitative method of study. The quantitative method was assessed
with the help of a questionnaire taking a sample size of 250 people.
Method of Reporting
The need for collecting the required information and data was fulfilled with the
method of using the Survey Evaluation Instrument (SEI) containing 33 questions. This
question set as mentioned above was distributed to 250 number of people which included
lecturers, students, and researchers. These number of respondents were chosen by a method
of using the sampling technique of purposiveness.
Survey Analysis and Outcomes
The data originated was examined by the use of derivable and descriptive statistics,
based on which the explained findings outcomes were informed on the environmental factors
of the developing countries. In this connection, the response received from the survey in this

questionnaires' which were distributed to a different number of respondents, only a total of
136 were received back and that too after a duration of two months. The rate of response

reverse of the same was accepted.
 Hypotheses 3: Unprofessional responses from people does not significantly affect the
results of research surveys. These hypotheses were measured to be null with a p-value
of 0.006 (p-value = 0.006 < 0.05) and the reciprocal of this was accepted.
 Hypotheses 4: Confusing answers from the respondents does not significantly affect
the result of research surveys. These hypotheses were measured to be null with a p-
value of 0.000 (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05) and the reciprocal of this was accepted.
Further improvements and modifications
Based on the study of the article it was examined that some improvements were
suggested to avoid future issues in taking a survey. Some of the mentioned changes are
categorised as below:

This statement was proved to be alternative hypotheses as because the respondents
disagreed to the above mentioned statement.
 Hypotheses 3: Sexual abuse due to disengaged parenting and guidance leads to
symptomatology to the children in the stage of their adulthood. This statement was
taken as an alternative hypothesis as the students agreed that missing parental
supervision does lead to the abuse and therefore deprives the health of the children.
The new contributions brought forward by the given article was that the issue of child
abuse also results directly and indirectly towards symptomatology of the abused children in

their adulthood. The study tends to prove that the increase in the risk of harming of children
also profoundly impacts the insecurity of attachment amongst the children.
Potential uses of using the research methodology
As opined by the author of the mentioned article has analysed the issues faced by the
children due to the missing of parental guidance to the children and how it affects the lives of
those children. The author critically focuses on analysing the mislead values the children are
indulged with because of being deprived of the guidance of parents. The same is measured
with a possible presentation of the different questions to analyse the circumstances of the
missing of the parental supervision that serves the purpose of the study. However, the
limitations of the article remain to be that they fail to provide a realistic approach to the
concept of psychological issues that the children go through. The study is also limited in the
case that it fails to prove the reasons behind the symptomatology caused to the children
during their adolescence as because they were deprived of the parental guidance in their
growing stage of childhood.
