Introduction
Inter professional working is referred to the fact when two or more professionals works together
in order to achieve the common goal and it is used as a common goal to solve a variety of
problem and complex issues (Arnold & Boggs, 2015). The purpose of the essay is to understand
the episode of care that has been selected in their interprofessional working.
Interdisciplinary teamwork is important model to deliver service to health care patients.
Teamwork in health care employs the practices of collaboration and enhanced communication
(Bryan, 2009). As they team have a clear function and goal they aim to achieve the targeted goal
in a professional manner and each team members delivers the best, it is one of the best
achievements of interdisciplinary framework. Health team is formed with a variety of
professions, they are called crades in health care sector and they are specialized in each sector,
their knowledge forms a multidisciplinary team these have been made to solve health problems.
This would help in acknowledging the topics through a balanced approach. The critical reflection
would be done through following Gibbs Reflection Cycle which would help in placing the
reflecting facts in a systematic manner. Through the reflection the ethical, legal and professional
issues would be presented along with the process of developing into a future professional
practitioner.

Description
The patient required a pertinent and constant caring. As the patient i.e. Mrs. A was an 88 year
old, the need for care and constant supervision was also warranted. In general, the experience
was an educating one due to the variance and diversity of the care provided. The patient was
confused but cooperated on the treatment procedure which made the implementation of the
