INTRODUCTIONLeadership simply refers an art of leading and controlling people in decent way so thateach individual can attain their predetermined aims and objectives within specific time frame. Aleader is responsible for carrying out such activities in proper manner (Anderson and Anderson,2010). In this context, so many up and downs comes in the life of a front runners that act asbarriers. These needs to be managed effectively. The present report is reflecting the experiencesof lives in context to leadership and change. Apart from this, it is also showing different kinds ofcomplications that comes in the life of a leader. BODYI have seen so many alterations in my life as I have worked as a leader at my college inpast days. At those days, I come to know about that leaders plays very eminent role since theyare having the obligation of leading and guiding whole team members. In different projects, myfaculties appoint me as leader as they know that I am having such kind of abilities. I commonlymake understand my friends about what they should they do for designing one of the bestproject. This represent that I am very confident in nature. In addition to that, I complete my taskwith full devotion as according to me “my work is worship”. This highlight that I am practical innature and give more importance to my work. This is one of the best characteristic of mine whichattracts my teachers and other higher authorities of my college towards me and that is the reasonof giving me the power or in other words designation of leader (Aslan and Reigeluth, 2013). In my profession as a leader, I have experienced so many things which taught meimportant lesson that is an individual should never loose hope and believe on their capability.This construct inspires me and cater positive energies. As a fruitful result, I acquired each thingwhich I want even facing numerous of adverse implications and obstructors as well. After receiving that duty, some of the complications are also faced by me. For example,during carrying out a project, I discovered that it is not an easy task to deal with each peoplesince they are having of different thought. Associates who were present in my group usuallycame to me in order to attain solutions of their minute issues that could be handled by them also(How to Overcome Resistance to Change in an Organization, 2018). They told me that theirfellows are not accepting the things regarding their assignment and imposing ideas made byown-self on them. At that time, I basically use to listen matters or information from both sides.1
