Supply chain management2 The portfolio of technologies being employed for supply chain management purposes for Amazon? How effective are these technologies? Amazon company has changed a lot in supply chain technology used(Fawcett & Matthew, 2014). The technology used in Amazonhas very small iBeacon bluetooth tools which have very efficient and longlasting battery. The iBeacon bluettoth has quick configuration and it works freely with apps on both Android and Ios(Wang & Zhong, 2016).The technology of iBeacon aslo broadcasts for long distance like 40meters and it is usually for use because the battery is included(Monczka & Handfield, 2015).It is due to this massive technology that keeps amazon company moving. Sustainable supply chain for Honda The aim of the Honda company is to supply the customers with timely services and products which are supplied in a stable manner(Chae, 2015). So as to fullfill their desires they came up with strong chain forsustainable supply which are suitable to both human rights and environmental rights(Pettit & L, 2010). The company is supported by many othr suppliers for reducing the environmental impacts in the environment. Also the company verified its working conditions and also the legal conditions for both the company and the suppliers as the compliance of human right grows every minute world wide(Sodhi & Byung-Gak son, 2012). For the Honda company to fullfill all their requirements, it startedc participated in a program called CDP supply chain which is an intiative of all international instutitional investors and they usually requst the companies participating to disclose their information regarding the companies on policies of climate change(Carter & Rogers, 2015). By this way they promote actively sustainable initiactives hence development in manufacturing and high cooperation with their
