This presentation focuses on the case study of MaveriCo and its supply chain strategies in the Kingdom of Square. years in order to define as well as
determine the company’s supply chain.
 Majority of the company uses this method
because it consider as a tool for firm to
look forward in order to manage the
supply lines which in turn help to meet the
wants and demand of customers in
effective manner.

 The present report is as based upon the case study of MaveriCo which is a
start up firm and also focus upon the selling new product in Aresgas in the
Kingdom of Square.
 Therefore, the management team is mainly focus upon the sales
information and provide regular data for every quarter of month.
 In order to provide the best supply to their customer’s company also focus
upon its production level and that is why, it chooses just-in-time as a
delivery mode because of simple production and small production for a
trial.

proposed their action and also recommended a transport company through
quoted firm may easily transport their company’s product to their
customers.
 Moreover, researcher analyze the demand of each city which further help to
examine in which city the company have to invest and in which two cities,
MaveriCo should set up two manufacturing sites.

Approach and Rationale
 The rationale behind choosing this study is such that it will assist the
researcher to gain knowledge about the supply chain models which in turn help
the researcher in their near future.
 Also, study on this topic assist scholar to analyze the distribution strategies
which MaveriCo may use to make its supply chain more effective as compared
to other company and also sustain the brand image at global level too.
 In addition to this, another rationale to study on this topic is such that
researcher also develop a deep understanding related to numerical values and
different methods through which data are solved.
 As supply chain modeling plays an important role in the success of company
because it boost the customers service.

Approach
 In order to get the answer and conduct the study in precise manner,
researcher uses quantitative methodology because it is completely rely
upon the numbers and figures. That is why, researcher chooses quantitative
study over qualitative as it will assist to get proper answer as compared to
others.
 Moreover, under quantitative study, researcher chooses statistical study in
which excel is used that helps to use the proper method of data collection,
and analyze the results in proper manner. It is so because it provides
accurate answer which in turn help to meet the define aim and objectives in
define time period.
