This article discusses the concepts and practices of Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM). It emphasizes the importance of managing the flow, procurement, production, distribution, and customer interface in the supply chain. It also explores the role of leadership and management, information systems and technology, operational and academic systems, and performance measurement systems in achieving SCQM. The article concludes that the successful implementation of SCQM is influenced by the application behavior of all members involved in the supply chain.
