INTRODUCTION
Health and safety refers to the regulations along with procedures which are there to intended
for preventing accidents or injury which is there in workplaces or in public environments. This is one
of the major concern to the people which are there in any of the field and there is need to have some
basic level of health safety which is necessary for all either personally or professionally. It is having
the importance for the well being of employers, visitors along with customers. There is the
information related to the legislative and policy framework which is regarding the health and safety.
There is also going to discuss about the how it is monitored and maintained in setting along with
discussion about encouraging the safe work with getting aware about risks and hazards. Lines of
responsibility in different setting and importance of taking balance approach to risk management
(Gul and Ak, 2018).

There are different way through which there is many of the legislations and the policies
which are there for the health along with safety with some procedures are implemented in setting.
There are many of the policies and the legislation which are there in the country in which some of
them are discussed further.

get rid of the situation which is there can help one to get over such situation where there is for
preventing people to being drawn into terrorism which is when they carry out with their usual
functions. There are many of examples which are there in the country where people got influence
which is there for the name of democracy and many other things which are there can attract such
people who are there irritated and demoralised by the government and get influence towards the
terrorism.
RIDDOR occurrences regulation 2013- This is the one which is there can puts duties on
employers along with self employed and people who are there in control of work premises where it
should be reported as workplace accidents, specified dangerous occurrences and occupational
diseases. In this, it could be involving dealt and injuries which is cause by the workplace accidents,
occupational diseases, gas incidents and many more accidents which are there in paying the role of
