ANSWERLegal and agreed measures of working involves policies and methods and it can be relatedto the following terms:GuestsAdults which are unsafe are required to be protected.Proceeding with dead people.Managing private properties of people.Protecting data and maintaining confidentiality of the data.Information should be distributed among everyone.Equality should be maintained. There should not be discrimination among people.When any person is about to die in nearly 12 months at that time The General MedicalCouncil understands individual (Aoun and et.al., 2015).The Data Protection Act 1998The above stated law came into existence in March 2000.It provides rights to the individualto ingress their data through the providers of adult social care. There are eight principles in the Act that shows how any information and data are recorded. It also shows how to maintain the confidentiality of data.The Freedom of Information Act 2000This Act give rights to access information of all the types that have been recorded and have maintained confidentiality.

Person asks questions like “ if it is not then “ . eg, if Ido not complete my work on time, will allow to enter in class?Depression: feeling of sorrow.Acceptance: sense of endurance.

ANSWER Single person or their important members such as friends and family and few others thatare essential for the living of an individual, everybody has distinct requirements andchoices which are according to their culture they live in and also relies on their religion andbeliefs. All such factors impacts end of life care (Corrigan, 2014 ). It is important to respect beliefs and religion and culture of the individuals and theirimportant people to safeguard that the protection and treatment given to them are nobleand are according to their desire. By doing such it might give strength and ease to thosepeople who are involved in it. Culture influences a person in a way it has taken food andclothes that are worn during ceremonies after death process. Some of the culturescelebrate life before death and other fear death. Culture and beliefs greatly influences thefactors that whom you are and want to be with during last stage or want to die at yourhome place.
