INTRODUCTION
Coral corps are running their family business which is managed by Rosemary who is a
well known accountant and investing their shares and money in real estate sectors. The are
offering different types of jobs to people such as full time office managers, joint office, food and
beverages etc. If the demands of the customers are maximised then floor cleaning persons and
waiters are called up in order to mange the extra burden. When the staff went out for doing any
operational work or at the lunch time rosemary looks after the office.
TASK 1
1 The performance plans are developed so that every employees carry out the work
according to their assigned time and this is an important factor in order to achieve success in
their operations. The plans should be adequate so that they can easily achieve success in their
working.
2 The performance indicators are related with analysing the performances of all the
workers who are involved in various operation's such as managing the accounts. The mains of
the organisation will be achieved if there is continuous monitoring of all the working which is
carried out by employees.
3 The performance appraisal meetings are organised as they are beneficial in order to
evaluate that organisation plans and policies are followed by the employees in order to carry out
their working operations.
4 The employees who are performing their business operations effectively should be
acknowledge for their hard work and if they are making any type mistakes then they should be
given training in order to complete their business activities effectively.
5 The review of appraisal by the employees consist of the following factors such as :
If there is disagreement about the outcomes then employees will not be able to achieve
their set goals and targets (Gruman and Saks, 2011).
The personal data of employees should not be revealed to any other person without their
approval this helps in keeping the information of person confidential and they will build trust
with the organisation.
If the employees are not given equal work and there is differential then it may results in
conflicting situation. All the employees at work place should be treated equally in all respect and

there should be no differentiation on the basis of caste, creed, gender, colour or sex. This is an
important factor in order to execute healthy environment at work place.
The strategies should be implemented at work place as they are helpful in order to resolve
conflicts from work place and this is an important factor in order to make the employees achieve
their targets in desired times that have been allotted to them (Griffin and Moorhead, 2011).
In order to improve the performance management system of an organisation the working
of employees should be monitored on continuous basis and this is an important factor in order to
achieve growth and success for overall business.
The documents of all the employees should be stored at those places which are safe and
secure and these cannot be used by any other person without the approval of the senior authority
or the concerned person.
