INTRODUCTIONWhen the basic conception of any language is concerned , the word 'individual' itselfshows a feeling of difference. Thus, the individuals react, behave and act differently for severalsituations in their lives (Newman and Newman, 2017). Yet, there are some ordinary conditionsthat is faced by each and every individual in their life periods like bereavement. As highlightedbefore, individuals might react to bereavement in variant manner because of their social, physicaland psychological differences. The present report is based on the case study of Jacqui's storywho is suffering from a diseases such as Alzheimer, dementia, etc. In this project, the influenceof significant life events on individuals has been explained. In addition to this, evaluation of theeffectiveness of several organizational policies and processes in order to support persons andtheir societal networks impacted by significant life events. TASK 11.1 Affect of significant life events on individualsAccording to the given case study, Jacqui is an artist who works mostly with mosaics.She was diagnosed with a severe disease known as Alzheimer before some years. She is alsosuffering from terrible bouts of insomnia. Due to these, she was losing his memory power on aconsistent way. Besides this, he has responsibility of her teenage daughter. Therefore, it can besaid that there are so many implications that is affecting adversely on his life. Several impactsare discussed below :Physical impact : As Jacqui was facing bereavement, she is losing her general level ofliving energy. Hence, it will be hard and challenging for her to do common physicalactivities (MacQueen and Frodl, 2011). Some of the major physical impact ofbereavement can be considered as sleeping difficulties, headaches, dizziness, apathy,exhaustions, avoiding or overdosing meals, etc. Psychological impact : There is also a great physiological affect as well. She was not inher own sense and remains always in confusion. Even she was forgetting various day today activities such as eating, getting dressed, etc. Therefore, her life become toochallenging , and because of this reason her mental balance got totally annihilated. Thus,she needs more care and there is necessity for her to live with their parents so that shereceives proper attention and guardianship. 1
