Arlene felt that the husband was not appreciating and found that he was never the person he was;hence she felt that she had lost her best friend. Since job satisfaction peaks at middle adulthood, not only because of the high wages are given while working but the capability of making greater decisions that affect work, thereby moving from a worker to a supervisor then to the manager due to the effectiveness and the productivity of an individual. Marvin says that his ability to make decisions is low, hence his inability to work in his early adulthood. Marvin has the feeling of loneliness and emotional isolation due to the stroke and his inability to express his feelings and work with other age groups. Marvin has some doubts doubting his abilities and feels shame due to his condition. Marvin's state is in stagnation mode; when he realized that he could not offer even a thing in the community or the family, he had to feel that he isn't the one required in the generation hence the stagnation nature. The capability of individual emotions to affect the cognitive processes is effective. Thereis the effect in the sense of independence, thereby doubt the ability to accomplish something.

His empathy and sympathy feelings are not felt, but Marvin has knows that the feeling should be there. My advice to Arlene and Marvin is to accept the situation and handle it as it is. Since the situation is not achieved by martins own liking, then the love between them should remain despite martin's situation.There are various s arguments against self-conceptualization during middle life crises. The debate is based on the absence of the indicators kept in touch with the middle-aged life hence being a stressful nature (Freund & Ritter, 2008, p. 7). Middle life is thereby the definition of middle adulthood. In the age of early adulthood, the individual is capable of achieving the desires and the goals that he would wish to achieve in late adulthood. If a crisis occurs in an individual's middle life and their afterlife. Midlife describes the physical stamina and the health of the individual. At this age, some accompanying feelings are based on disappointments, frustrations, emotional losses, and boredomeness. It is also at middle crises that an individual finds the time to live and the time left to stay.
