This research proposal explores the experiences and perspectives of GP time students at ARDEN UNIVERSITY. It aims to understand the current state of medical education and training within the UK context, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced by aspiring General Practitioners. The research utilizes a descriptive approach, employing a structured questionnaire to gather primary data from a sample of 20 students. The findings will be analyzed to identify key themes and insights regarding the students' experiences, their perceptions of the GP training program, and their future aspirations. This research contributes to a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the UK healthcare system, particularly in relation to the training and development of future General Practitioners.
