SURVEY SAMPLE AND ANALYSIS3IntroductionThis report consists of detailed findings and results of the online survey on SurveyMonkey. The survey was made to know about consumer behaviors. Questions asked in thesurvey was formatted according to parameters required for a consumer survey. The product forthis survey was Fit-Bit, which a smartwatch brand. This survey helped in exploring the public'sconnections, attitude, behavior, reaction, values, and knowledge related to Fit Bit smartwatchbrand.GOAL: The goal of this report is to understand the consumer behavior and what aremethods that are required for a successful survey. This report will cover the wide area ofknowledge of public and their opinions on Smartwatch. My report on the survey is comprised ofanalysis, understanding of driving forces, family, culture, behavior, etc.The report will discuss the identification and understating of those cultural factors, thataffects the consumer's decisions. Then it will discuss the identification and understate of thosesocial factors that directly or indirectly affect the consumer's behavior. We will also discuss andexamine how social and cultural factors used to change over time to time basis.We need survey because the survey is an efficient method to collect and analyze theinformation of any product or service by a large or small group of people. The survey is aflexible way of understating the forces that drive the consumer behavior. It can be madeaccording to the area you are interested. I made this survey on a famous survey website,Surveymonkey.com. My survey is in the form of Questionnaires. There are a total of 10Questions asked in the survey, in which each and every question has 5 objectives. I shared thissurvey with 15 people who responded according to their knowledge.

There are a total of10 questions, these questions are framed according to the different parameters of the survey. Thesurvey starts with a high-interest question which is commonly asked in various surveys like Age,Gender, etc.[ CITATION Kro18 \l 1033 ]The survey ends with some of the basic parameters tobe asked in a survey based on consumer behavior like a demographical survey. I have kept thesurvey very simple and clean without any unnecessary question that may irritate the individualwho is doing the survey or any kind of irrelevant question which is not required in the survey.The survey is evaluated prior to administration.[CITATION Last \l 1033 ]Types of Questions:In the survey I have asked few types of questions, like “Open Ended Question” and otheris “Closed Question” and Likert Scale and Multiple Choice questions. I will explain this detail:Open Ended Question: An open-ended question is intended to energize a full, importantanswer utilizing the subject's own particular feelings and/or knowledge. This is just differentfrom the closed end question, which basically consists of yes or no. These types of questionbasically consist of "How and; or Why", or used to start with "Tell me why/about". These arequestions on a technical basis but asking for a reply.[CITATION Article \l 1033 ]Open-ended questions are based on Qualitative research. Mainly used in the case tofigure out, what people basically think about the services or products and used to ask foropinions.For example: Tell me about your latest phone?
