INTRODUCTION
Sustainability is considered as meeting their requirements without compromising the
capabilities of further generations in order to meet its needs. The concept of sustainability is
composed of mainly three pillars which are also known to be its dimensions such as economic,
social and environmental and undertaken unofficially as profitability, individuals and others.
Within all industry including hospitality and tourism motivates businesses for framing decisions

future generations for meeting its requirements. As per Richards, Sustainable tourism is tourism

population and environment. The tourism development as well as new investment within this
industry should not be detracting from tourism itself. New services are to be integrated with
environment.
Until beginning of previous decade’s tourism was observed as profitable industry of
business without any obvious constraints to development, some barriers for entering to market.
Also, the commercial firms small or large mainly act upon principle of self- interest. They do not
develop any vital modification to the way they perform business (Elmo and et. al., 2020). So, this
could be happen due to exhortation or out of effective intent. Moreover, the global tourism has
bought into a phase where opportunities of developing fast profitability from exploiting was
considered as freely available resources dazzled government eyes as well as enterprise and also
