Spencer, which is a public limited firm in retail industry. It was founded by the Michael Marks
and Thomas Spencer in 1884. this report will be based on the good practices of the sustainability
initiatives, importance to the sustainability to the organisation and environment, benefit of
adopting initiative and cost to meet these initiatives.
