I have watched your presentation on the sustainability of the Southwest Airlines, and I
found it resourceful. I would, however, like to know some of the challenges that that company
expects to face when they venture into a new market such as Hawaii and the possible solutions
they plan to counter these challenges (Carayannis, Sindakis, & Walter, 2015). Mostly this is
because the airline company across the world is continuously increasing competition in the

I have listened to your presentation on the sustainability of Unilever and found that you
have captured the main concerns of the organization’s sustainability. The world is turning to a
green economy and as such organization’s manufacturing sector is in the spotlight. There are a
lot of factors challenging the production of the environmentally friendly product (Carayannis, et
al 2015). What is the source of energy that the company is using in the manufacturing sector and
are there any plans for the company to consider another form of energy? Manufacturing plant
requires a higher level of energy consumptions which is difficult to find in the greener economy
and environmentally friendly situations.

Your presentation of the Wal-Mart-Supply Network Management explicitly discusses the
fundamental issues that an organization of its reputation needs to do for its sustainability. The
organization is using the trucks systems for the supply of the goods from its distribution channels
to the retail shops (Longoni, & Cagliano, 2015). The question that remains critical for the
sustainability of Wal-Mart could be the management of these trucks regarding the disclosure due
to the depreciation, ware, and tear.

a question regarding the future preparedness of the company. Wal-Mart is a world-class
organization that has a significant market share in many countries when it comes to supplying
chain management and logistics (Longoni, & Cagliano, 2015). Does the company have any plans
to have an online market where the customers can order a product without necessarily getting to
the shop? It is essential for the sustainability as the current world is moving in that direction.
