INTRODUCTION
Sustainable and responsible management is the multidimensional concept and with this the
business must not have encompass the economic dimension instead of it also covers the
environmental and social dimension. The responsible management makes the better contribution
towards the sustainable development in different ways. It is basically a systematic process by
which the company will work under the guidance so as to evaluate, manage and improve the
optimise outcomes of the resources by which better sustainability will get maintained (Bastas,
2018). It will get prerequisite that get developed as the roadmap to gain the better success in the
sustainable development. This report is based on The World Tourism Organisation that is the
largest leading tourism agency that is specialised by the United Nations and get responsible to
promote, sustain and universal access of tourism and also support in the advancing of knowledge
about tourism policy in worldwide. This report is consists of the four parts in part 1 it will
include the article that determine the main feature of sustainable and responsible tourism. Part 2
contain management report contain purpose and principle of tourism development. Part 3 written
reports based on impact of tourism activity generated by tourism attraction and part 4 evaluates
the sustainable and responsible tourism management.
PART 1
The sustainable tourism is principally a concept that will used to visit the different places
with aspect of tourism and tries to make the better and positive impact on the society,
environment and the economy as well.
The tourism is basically transportation to some defined locations, accommodation,
recreation, shopping, entertainment and nourishment. The sustainable and responsible tourism
both are different to each other but works with the aim to mitigate the negative impacts of
tourism and have worked with the mission to make the suitable implementation. The sustainable
tourism work with the aim to induce the superior impact on the economic, social and the
environmental factor to the places that host the tourism destination (Edgell, 2019). It is somehow
different from the responsible tourism as in terms of the actions of stakeholders and the leader
who have worked to improvised the tourism industry by fair redistributing of the profits, lessen
the poverty and introduce the stable employments by protecting the social measured and needed
to make the continuous integration of different tourism practices. The responsible tourism will

work with the aim to foster the economic, environmental and the social impact and in this the
visitors, small business; resident will get interact with each other by taking the responsibility
about the tourism.
The World Tourism Organisation has performed the most important role and in this they
have served the global forum about the different policy of the tourism to and its issues by which
the practical source will get knows by the tourism. They have the membership with the 130
territories and the countries and around 350 members that get affiliated by the local government,
private sector association and company of tourism, hotel group, tour operator and airlines. They
have worked with the aim to stimulate the job creation and economic growth, providing
incentives to protect the environment and the heritage by promoting peace and effective

The World Tourism Organisation performs the certain functions as it is the
intergovernmental organisation that get developed to provide a framework to tourism policy and
other factor that get associate with different interest of tourism. They have served the relative
information to the different members of the world and its community. The World Tourism
Organisation works with the mission to support the sustainable tourism and its development by
enhancing its wealth, creation of employment, promoting of understanding in between the people

There are some recommendations to improve the sustainable management and for the
development of the range of tourism all across the worldwide and that are as below:
 Recycle is the best standard to promote the sustainability and with this the product that
get buy will get recycled thus more cleaning will get induced and that will be done in
loop that beneficial land filling and valuable space will get maintained.
 The informed choices will get make by which the purchasing choices will get informed as
like the food in refrigerators didn’t get used and also the food wastage will get avoided
and the home products must get used by the visitors.
 To conserve the surround conservation of the waste and the energy is more important and
that is the major concern of promoting the sustainability with that the electric bills will
get maintained by managing and maintaining through faulty wiring, insufficient
insulation and old appliances and the leaking pipes or faucets etc.
