Introduction
Sustainable tourism refers to that tourism that includes the current and future economic,
social and environmental impacts that addresses the needs of customers, industry, host
communities and environment. This presentation is based on Lake District destination that is a
national park or region within northwest England. This includes enhance the knowledge
regarding aims, objectives , sustainable policies and practices, issues and challenges of
implementing sustainable policies and strategies.

To analyze the issues related with socio- cultural and environment by sustainable and
responsible tourism destination

To explore the issues related with socio-cultural and environment in sustainable and
responsible tourism
To analyze the impact of socio- cultural and environment over tourist destination.
Presentation of findings (critical analysis)
Organization of presentation
To present this study team member decides to take a destination “Lake District” that is a
region and national park in Cumbria in northwest England. It is one of the popular vacation
destinations that is mainly recognized for glacial ribbon lakes, historic literary associations,
rugged fell mountains. It is a area that covered 2,362 km2 that represents its highest point that is
Scafell Pike.
Treatment of sustainable and responsible policies and practices at destination
The main importance of sustainable tourism development is adopting the sustainable and
responsible policies and practices at Lake District to represent the best vacation destination in
