Theories of sustainable and responsible management in tourism The Diamond model is a ST development model whose main aim is to provide self- governing evidence to support disliked decision of limiting thenumber of visitors in order to prevent the environment. Also,Brătucu and et.al.,(2017)shared their views that with the help of this theory, criteria are provided that helps the organizations to take necessary decision about controlling the number of visitors of a tourism destination. Otherwise it creates negative impact upon environment and ecological balance that affect the overall environment in adverse manner. On the other side, as per the Marx’s theory of tourism development, it has been evaluated that tourism act as a catalyst of economic, social and political process. Therefore, range of new models have been implemented like time series model which evaluate the overall performance of tourism and helps government and organization to make decision for future. In addition to this, there are many models of tourism development which indicate how the system and sub-system function within a specific destination. This in turn helps to attract the range of tourism towards it so that they will enjoy the beauty of destination (Drius and et.al., 2019). For example, Thomas Cook and TUI offered tours in which they focused upon sustainability where they do not cause anynegativeimpactupontheenvironment.Companiesfocuseduponthefoodwaste management system, uses recyclable products that helps to prevent environment from negative impacts. Thus, the theory of the sustainable and responsible management in tourism causes direct impact upon the business performance and that is why, by complying with such models and theories, organizations improve the existence within market. Thus, it reflect that companies must focused upon the criteria that are deigned under Diamond model so that it does not affect the overall performance in negative manner.
