INTRODUCTION
Tourism is the fastest growing enterprise and this have large impact on the economy of
host country. Managing responsibly is an interactive approach to responsibility, sustainability
and ethics allows as manager to deal completely with such challenges (Xu, Nash and
Whitmarsh, 2020). Thus, creation on the belief that leads to the promotion of sustainable peace.
This plays effective role in the economy that impact environment and societies well-being.
In today's world, environmentally and socially sustainable policies have become
significant for enterprise regardless of the size, location to mission to full-fill. By developing
policies that allows an enterprise to prosper in an increasingly world.
The present report is based on chosen destination as Vietnam. Furthermore, report will
lay emphasizes on concept of sustainable tourism, role, function and mission of leading global
organisation such as WTO. Also, an analysis will be conducted on the concept of the beginning
as the stables and reproable tourism. Moreover, examination will be undertake on principle of
sustainability with contribution with various stakeholders which have been in developing the
sustainable in tourism practice.

Definition of sustainable tourism.
Sustainable tourism have the form in different in term of the needs in masking the need of
tourist, host communities, the tourism industry without compromising the ability of future
generation to meet their own requirements. Henceforth, this required the informed participant
from all of the relevant stakeholder. Sustainability is essential as this aids to maintain long term
in term of regulating the benefit for the socials , exosmic , natural and cultural environments.
(Hsu, Chen and Lin, 2020). Therefore, tourism industry is taking continual steps towards to
achieving sustainable tourism as crucial as this leads towards to accomplish environment, social
and economy. However, proper management of tourism entities and policy is significant for
creation of sustainable industry.
Explain how the concept of sustainable and responsible tourism has evolved.
Sustainable and responsible tourism is one of rapidly evolving concept that is relevant to
conduct sustainable tourism practices (Hopkins, 2020). On the other hand, responsible tourism
requires that governments, local people, operators and local people have the need to make there
responsibility to take the descriptive actions of the tourism actives to become more level of

sustainability and effective. The main aim of responsible tourism is to have the minimizations
the term of negative impacted s of the tourism on the environments and maximise the positive
contribution tourism can make to local communities. However, responsible tourism is the
dynamic process that leads towards to undertake the business activities towards to sustainable
tourism destination (Lonardi, Martini and Hull, 2020). Therefore, responsible tourism can be
seen as dynamic process. Sustainability is one of the major purpose that adopted by number of
people who working together on the responsible tourism.
Hence, responsible tourism aids to minimise the negative impact on economical,
environmental and social impacts. In addition to this, it can be stated that sustainable tourism put
their major focuses over the long-term change in tourism practices that aids to tackling possible
impacts whereas responsible travel put the major consideration over the short-term actions that
has negative impact on a given destination and increase positive ones.
Description on the role, function and mission of leading global organisations such as The World
Tourism Organisation.
The leading international organisation in the field of tourism, United world tourism
organisation promotes the tourism as the per the driver of the economics growths, inclusive
development and environment sustainability (Korkmaz, and Niyet, 2019). It offers leadership
and also supports in
To have the advancing the knowledge along tourism policies at the world levels. This is about
their organizations which is palsying the causalities roles in term of promoting technological
transferring and international corporations that stimulates and develops public-private sector
international partnership, maximise possible economic social that minimise the negative social,
environment and cultural impact.
Therefore, the aims and objectives of UNWTO are outlined as-:
To create employment opportunities
To take steps towards to develop and promote responsible , sustainable and universally
which have been the accessible tourisms
This aids to develops and motivates the execution of the global code of ethics for travel
and tourism.
To spread and promote the message of peace, harmony through training and educations.
This majorly focus over the destination development.
