INTRODUCTION
The meaning of tourism is travelling and spending times at various place which can help
to influence the number of customers and deliver the best services. This is the habit of making
happy and satisfied the customers by understanding their demand and wants. In changing
environment needs and wants of people are changing day by day where it is important for
business concern to know the needs and give their contribution to complete the task and attain
the higher profitability (Duncan, Hillman and Elbe, 2020). Every organization wants to enter in
new market for increasing their business growth and market share that can help to operate a
business and increase the productivity. Tourism encompasses from inbound and outbound
tourism process that influences number of people by offering them variety of products and
services. This report is based on London destination where number of places are exists to visit
and increase the economical condition as it make efforts to satisfied the customers. This report
covers main features of sustainable and responsible tourism, importance of tourism development
planning for sustainability, principles of sustainable and responsible tourism management, and
sustainable and responsible tourism management that has involved in variety of destination.

Travel and tourism is defined as pleasure or business that covers practice of tutoring, the
business of attracting, accommodation and entertaining tourist which make feel them good and
make again visiting decisions. This is important for all organization to understand what
customers wants and how they can be satisfied so that products and services provided
accordingly and develop he business effectively.
The concept of sustainable and responsible has evolved since 1980s as country wants of
improve their economy by increasing the job opportunity and income sources which can help to
maintain all functions and activities effective. In In pre-modern times thinking about progress
slowly started surfacing. During the classical Greco-Roman period the first ideas about progress
were formulated (see, e.g. Guthrie1950; Finley1956; Edelstein1967; Dodds1973; Nisbet1980:,
that states that tourism is the way that can contribute in the economy and increase the
performance. To maintain sustaining of any country there is need to be responsible which can
