The reflective report will define on various aspect where the learning and also to define about
different ways where it generate impacts as well as professional life. In this concerned report,
various where different base of learning skills on which gathered during the assignment which
will discovered properly (Laguador, Chavez-Prinsipe and De Castro., 2020). The report is also
covered the skill development to explore those skills which are having role in employability.
There are some of skills which helped me to compelete assignment targets before deadline
effectively. By selecting of three skills which helped me to complete the assignment before
completion.
Communication:
There I have learned about various ways to make improve effective communication such
verbal and written communication. It is helped me solve problems which is efficiently and also
to make better quick decision. In workplace business communication which is important
procedure of sharing where information and business detail among the employees and workers

data analysis to make an effective budget for effective business organisation. In this particular
skills my reason to select because I have more obsession within mathematical calculation and
logical reasoning along with mathematical related question would create more understanding and
increase mental ability skills. In numeracy it is wide area skill where it not only covers maths but
also to helps financial related topic, through this skill I have also get to learn about design and
effective better cost structure which generate effective business to better reduce risk factor
effectively. From this skills I have improve as well as more developed good analytical skills that
help me to better understand graphical, pie chart and diagrams. I have also collected relevant
base of knowledge on the quick calculation process and get to learned to apply it in my work. As
I have learned to calculate areas, surface and percentages with fraction where I need to
developed accurate form of skills along with statistical tool used effectively.
Further more the numeracy skills shows about understanding ability for numerical and
