INTRODUCTION
Business communication refers to the process of sharing information between people
outside and within a company. It is basically about the way in which we communicate with
others is a habitual part that we rarely think and stop about it. In the present report, Hayward
Tyler, Cisco and Coca Cola is taken into consideration. Hayward Tyler is a company which is
known for the long-term durability and reliability of their fluid-filled motors and pumps as well
as for the world class service that supports their legacy and products brands(Crane and Glozer.,
2016). Cisco is an American multinational technology conglomerate corporation which is
headquartered in San Jose, California. Coca Cola company is an American multinational
beverage corporation which is incorporated under Delaware's General corporation law and that is
headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The present report will cover discussion about strategies that
organisation use to operate in a sustainable and ethical way. In addition to this, the report will
cover discussion about different approaches to corporate social responsibility of all the three
companies and also about differences, measurement of success in terms of CSR strategies.

Sustainable approach to business strategy and management
Sustainability is a kind of business approach for creating long-term value by taking into
consideration in which manner a given organisation operates in the social, ecological and
economic environment. Sustainable business strategy basically refers to the vehicle for
supporting transformation to a sustainable company from an unsustainable one(Hansmann and
Thomsen., 2021). This kind of strategy should establish a pathway that likely to support and
drive the company as a going concern over the long period of time. There are certain kinds of
elements which are required for delivering a strategy and it is defined into following manner:
Recognising the strategic context: It is necessary to understand global and local
sustainability issues that could impact an organisation. Management requires that focus
should be on priority issues so that they can be resolved within a particular time frame.
