This article discusses the sustainable building design plan for Jumbo Water Tower, which includes an outline plan, materials used, good neighbourhood plan, biodiversity report, and more. The aim is to retain the grade 2 heritage building while modernizing the tower interior. The plan focuses on social, economic, and environmental growth, and incorporates renewable technologies for services. The materials used are recyclable, and the building will have natural ventilation and LED lighting. The article also discusses site security, plant consideration, and access to the building for pedestrians and cyclists.
