INTRODUCTION
Sustainable business plan is very important for the organisation to implement in the
workplace through which they can achieve their goals and targets effectively. In this report there
will be the discussion on the proposed future business. Along with the target market and the
evaluation of the competitors will also be done (Shakeel and et.al., 2020). After that the required
skills will be analysed that helps to grow the new business. Various sources of funding will also
be analysed in this report. At the end of the report, vision of the business idea will be discussed.

In order to start the new business the company is launching energy booster venture that
will serve energy drinks to the customers in the market. Main innovation of this product that has
been done by company is that they have made a drink that gives instant energy to the people.
They have made several innovations in the drinks as they will be adding caffeine to the energy
drinks and introduced various flavours of the energy drinks in the market. This will helps out the
company to stand out from the competition (Babajide and et.al., 2021). Company will be using
various intellectual property rights through which they will be able to maintain safety in the
workplace of breaching their recipe for energy drinks. Company will use patent intellectual
property rights through which they will be able to eliminate the risk of copying of technology
from the competitors.
Identifying target customers
The Target customer for the company will be the people who are between 16 to 40 and those
who are more health freak. These types of people will help the company to generate more
revenue in the future because health conscious people will require energy boosters much more
comparatively to others. B2B will be the best option for the company through which they can
cover the large market and their USP product will be the energy booster that helps them to attract
more and more customers. The company will be using STP models in order to differentiate the
different consumers in the market (Reinhardt and et.al., 2019). Through this they will be able to
analyse their target customers in which they can put more focus and which help them in earning
more profits in the future. Through this they will be able to target the concentrated market in
which they can promote and deliver their energy drinks
