INTRODUCTION

called customers. Business plan is a documental file that consists of detailed information about

like marketing plans, financial positions and other operational functions of firm. The owner takes
all the responsibility of all activities related to company. Our business is about Turkish fast food
and snacks. The name of company is HAPPY BELLY FAST FOOD and it is going to be
launched in Birmingham city.

PROPOSED FUTURE BUSINESS
Happy belly provides people with fast food especially Turkish fast food along with
different snacks to young generation people. With the growing changes in technology and other
eating habits and fast food as a basic necessity and is in being trend, its concept was developed
for market (Aljuwaiber, 2020). The products of Happy belly fast food are Turkish shawarma,
Aryan drink with fresh mint, fresh lemonade, Turkish baklava and many other dishes and thus
will help us grow in food industry and will be earning great profits and revenues effectively in a
short span of time. various innovations that will be done by our company. These innovations will
be done in product’s quality and the major innovation will be done that in the name of fast food,
healthy food will be provided. IPR will also be adopted by our company in form of copyrights,
designing rights, trademarks and many more. Trademark will be done for its quality, designing,
logos, branding and patents will also be taken.
CUSTOMERS
Target customers for our company Happy belly fast food will be both B2B and B2C. That is
company will provide its products to customers also directly and even to other businesses. The
end users will be the consumers (Fichter and Tiemann, 2018). The products will be brought by
the people who love fast food and even Turkish food and other snacks. The USP of our product
will be those healthy fast food eatables inside them. this USP will make happy belly different
from its competitors and will help in gaining more market coverage. Marketing will be done for
with the use of newspapers, online social media and television and many other modes. Market
segmentation will be done on the basis of people that will be having Turkish food and other fast
food and on different demographic and geographic areas in Birmingham and especially young
generation.
COMPETITORS
The competitors of our company will be other junk fast food and other restaurants that provide
Turkish food as people are interested in having fast food and junk items. They cover a large area
of market. The young generation is involved and is highly interested in eating fast food and this
