Sustainable hospitality management refers to the hotel considered to be sustainable when
they include the environment, social, and cultural principle in their organization that help the
environment and society in the destination country. A sustainable hotel industry plays major role
in the development of the country and healthy environment in the country. This report includes
information about the various extents of hospitality industry which contributes in the
environment social and culture of the country. Also (Alvarez-Risco, Estrada-Merino, and Perez-
Luyo, 2020) report includes the impacts of these factors on the hospitality industry. Further, also
includes the importance of corporate sustainable management of the hospitality industry. In this
report The Green House hotel is chosen, it is a beautiful hotel that lives in the breath of
sustainability. Hotel is in Bournemouth UK. Organization provide best comfort facility to their
guest with high quality of luxury rooms and best quality food in their hotel.

high level of growth and profit in the market (Hospitality’s contribution to UK economy
outpacing other sectors, 2021). The industry has offered speedy growth and offer 500,000 jobs
and counted as forth largest employer with accounting of 3.2 million direct job and 2.8 million
indirect job. The industry’s make their contribution towards the country in most effective
manner. In the context of The Green House below is the explanation of how the industry is
contributing in the environmental, social, and economy of the country.
Contribution in environment: In the hospitality industry there are various factors of the
industry that help in the growth of the environment of the country. In the context of (Baum,
2019) The Green House, organization is sustainable and eco-friendly that help the country by
contribution in making the destination country more eco-friendly. The hotel its environment
greener and sustainable. The customers of the company is gets healthy environment in their hotel
that help them to grow more and increase the profitability. Thus, the hospitality organization
improve the environment of the country. And provide better and healthy environment to their
guests. There is a lot of pollution and carbon emission that is processed while using of different
machinery and equipments related to making of food. In order to make balanced from these

machinery is processed through which productive outcome is developed in systematic manner.
Contribution in Social: Hospitality industry contributes to the society and the culture of
the country in many ways. This industry is most growing and needs more employee turnover and
hire new talents in the organization. So that they provide the employment to the individuals in
the destination country. In the context of The Green House they provide maximum level of
employment to the individual of the country as of about having 11-50 employees and provide all
the different kind of benefits such as recognition, rewards, appraisal and many other as well.
