INTRODUCTIONSustainable leadership is normally defined as the behaviours, systems, and other practiceswhich endure the values of stockholders, environment, future generations and the communityand also the other species. It is the actions and behaviours that an organisation embraces with aview to recognise its connection with a planet and humanity thus it will lead a positive impactand positive effects on the environment and social change. Organisations business practiceshelps in reducing of the operational expenses and also improves the relations of stakeholders,also increases the profitability of an organisation and will also result in competitive advantageover others.
