Plastic collective founded by Louise Hardman, an advanced social businessperson who conducts
the sustainable practice with new innovative Shruder machine. Louise Hardman founded the
company with the mission to safeguard the plastic leaking business processes in competitive
environment (Plastic Collective, 2018). The development of Shruder machine has been done
majorly for the extruding and shredding the waste of plastic. In the sustainability practice, the
company offers the training practice that includes educating societies and promoting the

promote the sustainable practice in the market. The plastic collective company encourage the
other firms to make use of this strategy through which they can focus on managing the impact

collective company is able to attain the good position and effective value in the market by
