and discuss the sustainability issues that is being faced by Plastic collective. It also explains the
business activities and operations of Plastic collective and further discusses that how the
company is maximizing its profitability and outcomes. The significance and issues of
sustainability have been drawn in the task. The company uses innovative sustainability strategies,
practices and theories to mitigate these sustainability issues internationally. Along with this, the
functions that are performed by Plastic collective also have been discussed in the task briefly. At
the end, some suggestions to maintain sustainability have been elucidated in the task. More detail

knowledge and generate with reliable and practical methods and machinery. Louise started
Plastic collective in 2016 to build and generate the Shruder-waste plastics, educational training
packages and extrusion machine for remote societies. The aim of the firm is to eliminate the
plastics leaking into the environment.
