MAIN BODY Presentation: A warm good morning to one and all presented here. Today I am going to present a power point presentation in front of you all. The topic of the presentation is sustainable marketing. For this presentation I chose Di bella coffee which is an Australian coffee brand serving its customers internationally. I want the attention of all of you towards my presentation in which I put my best efforts. So here it is : Slide 1 : I am going to start the PPT with the introduction of the file that is based on the concept of marketing which is used worldwide by every scaled business enterprises whether small or large. As it is known, marketing allowed companies to promote their product or services, it is evolved as an important element for each and every business organization. It involves customer seeking, advertising,salespromotingandotheractivitiesofmarketing.Thenthepromotionof environment and socially valuable products take place for the wellness of resources and environment. It is termed as sustainable marketing. . Di Bella Coffee is the chosen organization for this report. It is one of the largest coffee supplier of Australia and provided its services worldwide.. It aims at improving the quality of life by promoting finished goods, services and thoughts which are environmental friendly. It will help in increase customer base of any company as now the demand for sustainability is increasing as it is helpful in preventing the exhaustion of natural resources.They cut the coffee crop then crush the green beans then roast it then a tasting technique is applied which evaluate the flavour of the coffee and then finally its packing takes place. This report will cover ethical consideration in marketing practices and the socially responsible marketing and environmentally responsible marketing and the issues while doing these marketing in context to Di Bella Coffee is facing. Slide 2 : Moving to next slide there is the introduction of the company which I have chosen for the PPT that is DI bella coffee. It is an Australian service providing company which is mainly known for serving its coffee beans and coffee worldwide. It is expanded in various parts of Australia and the other countries of the world too in previous ten years. It introduced a new innovative product
named TORQ.This allowed the company to fight with the pre existing competitors of the company in the market. The company uses various channels for the advertisement and promotion of the company's products and services Slide 3 : Then there are some ethical factors that must be considered in marketing that I am going to discuss which are as follows First is Being transparent:It is necessary not to hide anything with any staff of the company. Transparency helps in building trust in between people in any working organization. It creates openness between employer and employees which enables both of them to know about the desires and expectations of each other. Di Bella used to take regular meetings with its staff in order to let them know any new information, policy or rule of the company. Next is Protecting customer data and its privacy:Privacy is necessary for the security of any information of customer's data. It will protect the company from any type of financial fraud and could able the company in identifying theft. It will the the companies in building customer trust resulting the success of the business. Di Bella uses security software and insures its customers that their data is safe. Last but not the least is Committing towards sustainability and human rights:Sustainability is the major factor should be considered while doing any business. It allows the company to produce eco-friendly products and services. It engage all the suppliers more towards sustainable business. A commitment for listening to the desires of the employees allows the employees to work freely and satisfactorily. Di Bella allows its employees to put their expectations in front of them. It also maintains sustainability by developing products which are less harmful for environment. Slide 4: Moving further, it then mentions the social responsibility of a leader in marketing practices which includes the following- It is the focus at the efforts regarding to attract more customers towards the products and services of a business and making a desire in them to purchase it. It focuses at the demands of the
customers and hence allowed the company in knowing how to fulfil those desires. It is also the practiceformaximizingshareholder'svalue.Theseresponsibilitiesareadoptedbymany companies as their marketing strategy. These are of four types: Next is Environmentalwhichrefers to the organizational belief that it should produce eco- friendly products which do not cause any side effect. It helps in reducing pollution, emission of green house gases, general waste and many more. Di Bella uses paper bags instead to polythene. It uses paper in packaging of its products. Then isEthicalthat ensures that the organization is operating in a well ethical manner aiming to achieve a good behaviour with stakeholders such as: employees, investors, suppliers and customers. Di Bella successfully maintain a healthy relationship with all of its stakeholders. It used to keep communicating with them regularly. Next isPhilanthropicwhichis the responsibility aiming at making the society and world a better place. In this businesses used to donate some parts of its earning in charity and other non- profits that are not directly related to their businesses. Di Bella focuses in developing the world better it sometimes donates some of the part of its earnings in charity. Last isEconomicwhich is the practice in which an organization supports all of its financial decisions in doing good in the above listed areas. Slide 5: Next I will include some issues that are faced in socially responsible marketing A socially responsible market focuses more at the desires of customers. Its aim is to provide consumer with a good product which is good in any sense and is also eco-friendly, so that is has minimum side effects. They also provide the community with right product, at right time and at reasonable cost. But sometimes it may result in some following issues: Naturalenvironment:Greenmarketingisthemanufacturing,pricing,promotionand distribution of products which are eco-friendly. But it is tough and costly, sometimes consumers don't accept green products and others. Di Bella sometimes faces a major loss as development of products which are less harmful for environment are expensive in manufacturing. Consumerism:It is the efforts of each individual, group and the whole organization to fulfil the demands of customers. These efforts are sometimes harmful for environment, leads to develop products with low quality and others.

Following are some environmental responsibilities: Waste and recycling:It is the responsibility allows a company in recycling of any waste produced while manufacturing of any product. It will helpful in prevention of more expenses in purchasing raw materials in as the waste is recycled and reused for the manufacturing. Di Bella consider all the points which are helpful in recycling. Prevent pollution:As pollution and the factors causing pollution are increasing rapidly, the concept of eco-friendly product is introduced. It allows in declining the per year rate in pollution caused by industries. By the use of paper instead of plastic, Di Baella successfully help the environment from pollution. Slide 7: Now I will discuss about different issues of environmental responsible marketing which are mentionedinthenextslideofPPT.itstatesthatGreenmarketingpracticesrequires technologically strong and innovative organization. It is hard for the small or developing companies to develop green products as they require a renewable and recyclable material which is very expensive. It also takes a lot of time to develop eco-friendly products. Majority of people are not interested in purchasing green products as they are aware of its uses and are not willing to pay for that. This may result as the decline of sale of the company. This will be result as a heavy loss to the organization. Following are some major issues occur due to environmentally responsible marketing:
Cost:Every company wants their expenses to be minimum. As it is the generation which requires more technologically manufactured product, the companies face more expenses in using technologies and innovations to their products. Time:Time is most important factor for everyone.As the products are eco-friendly in green marketing, they have no side effects and are natural, they often take more time in manufacturing and also in showing its effect at any customer. Customer's mindset:As the customers today, run more for the branded products and only believe in show off, they are not willing to purchase such a natural products. This may result as a loss to the businesses. Slide 8: At last, I want to conclude my PPT presentation with a conclusion that include chief learnings that have been learned and mentioned in the file. ï‚´It could be concluded from this report that sustainability is very important for any business. It allows the businesses to produce eco-friendly products and prevents harm to natural resources.
