Carbon dioxide emission is one of the major component that is causing global warming
on the planet. The Paris Agreement was signed in December 2015 by almost 195 countries in
order to strengthens the international response to the challenges or risk caused by climate change
following the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) 1992 and
Kyoto Protocol 1997 (Wannags and Gold, 2020). COP26 is one of the yearly meeting of UN
climate Change Conference which is the most crucial summit on climate change in the world.
Conference of the Parties (COP), the nations that signed the United Nations Framework
Convention on Climate Change which was chosen in the year 1992. COP26 is defined as one of
the most important climate moments by climate expert since the 2015 Paris Agreement, where
nations would report on how they have achieved success in executing agreement (Practical
Action at COP26. 2021). The following essay discuss how EU will accomplish carbon neutral by
the year 2030 along with complying with projected goals and standard of Paris agreement.

neutrality by the year 2050. The second objective is to stimulate the development of green
employment and continue the track evidences of EU to cut down greenhouse gas emission whilst
increasing economy of country. The final objective is to motivate global partner to enhance their
aims to limit the increment in international temperature to almost 1.5°C and ignore the most

emission as this is one of the major cause of pollution. Practical Action at COP26 is taking
