INTRODUCTION
A sustainable organization is a type of business that wants to be around for a long time
and build a big, well-known business in the market. A business must navigate a variety of
channels and issues in order to build a sustainable organization. It is not easy to become a
sustainable organization, and the goods or facilities that the business offers should be in high
demand for longer period of time or the company must continue to innovate to meet customer
demand. The two case studies by Jan Wurzbacher and Christoph Gebald offers as the foundation
for the following report (Alonzo, and et.al., 2022). Their business venture helps as the base for
the report.

Critically evaluating the roles and responsibilities of Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher as
sustainable strategic managers. Discussing the tools and concepts of strategic business
management that are applicable to the issues of sustainability -
Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher described a business project in which the CO2
they utilise to produce from the situation was their product. The environmental concentration of
carbon dioxide is rising rapidly at the moment. One of the most pressing environmental issues in
the world is this, which is accelerating climate change. Their goal was to eliminate one percent
of the world's carbon emissions from the environment and threat it can limit the chances of
creating new market as in an effective and as well as an efficient manner (Cooper, and Nelson,
2022). But because it is a complex matter, they need to get authorisation from the administration
and another organizations that are related to the environment and make sure that their work will
be beneficial to them and that it will not maximise but rather decline the effluence from the
contiguous environment. In the subsequent sections, Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher's

technology. As a plant that releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, high-
tech, and cutting edge machinery is required to safely capture and store the gas so
that it can be sold and used in the future. To avoid problems, the innovations

should be checked and updated frequently as in an effective and as well as an
efficient manner (Shaukat, and et.al., 2022). There must be a patterned on the
technologies for the linked task in the marketplace and an analysis of how the task
can be more suitable and proper because the machines keep getting better.
 Legal factor – These are the factors related to legal bodies that create rules and
ensure that they are followed as expected. While running their business as
entrepreneurs, Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher must obey to a variety of

unpredictable, and leaders face a variety of problems because they have complete control over
their business as in an effective and as well as an efficient manner. Ethical problems are those
that are linked to the wellbeing of culture and understanding or satisfying the manner of roles as
a forerunner of an industry with a large sort of workers and whose goods or service a variety of
customers consume, while financial problems are selections that are linked to economic issues
such as monetary aspects. The following points address a few of these monetary and moral
quandaries:

 Maintaining the cash flow – One of a leader's most stimulating dilemmas is managing
the money and other sections that aid the business while functioning at wider level. The
various options in this regard include how much cash to keep on hand (since some cash is

 High employment level – It effectively have an impact of several level of the number of
individuals who are eager to join the company. When there are higher term of service in a
country or region, management have rarer term of alternative from which to choose, and
since there is a lot of competition for employees, there will also be a higher demand for
salaries. It may be advantageous to the nation and its individuals, but not for the
organisation as in proper and as well as suitable manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, work that has a positive or
negative impact on the environment requires permission from the relevant government agencies

because the environment is a sensitive issue. Companies that operate for a considerable amount
of time and benefit society are considered sustainable organizations. Strategic leaders face a
variety of challenges as they work to establish a sustainability company with wider level of
effectiveness and efficiency.
