INTRODUCTION
Sustainability is most important for the organization because it needs to develop the
capacity and improves the function of the business. Sustainable organization helps in identifying
the factors which affect the potential growth of the business organization. It is a business
approach for generating the long term value by adopting different business strategies and
activities. This can helps in promoting the organization at grand value. Organisation
sustainability is most important because it can reduce the business cost, improved reputation and
increases more new customers. Organisation adopted various different strategies to bring
changes and enhancing the productivity of the business environment (Cheng and et. al., 2018).
The main objective of suitability is to become self dependent and work on their own demands to
full fill without depending on future generation. This report includes the evaluation of the roles
and responsibilities of Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher, includes the tools of management
in strategic business. Lastly it also includes the economic challenges faced by the strategic leader
either in short and long term goals.

Assessment of the responsibilities and roles of Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher existence
strategic managers of sustainability. Demonstration of the tools and concepts of strategic
business management which are applied to the issues of sustainability
The main role and responsibilities of the strategic manager is to analyse the present and future
needs of the organisation. Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher established a business which
named “Climeworks” which is world's biggest first company that can developed the effective
plan which can help in identifying carbon dioxide from the air which is harmful for the
customers and decrease the growth of the organisation. It is necessary to developed and set the
main objective and goals of the company so that organization work according to the customers
needs and can full fill their needs and requirements by the satisfaction (Khan and et. al., 2020).
The main role and responsibility of manager is to maintain the performance and activities of the
business firm and run their organization according to the policies and rules. It is the main factor
to set the objective, mission and vision of the company which can helps in achieving the targeted
goals of the organisation. Analysing the market trend and customer need is all the main factor of
