INTRODUCTION
Suitability is very important for any business it helps to avoidance of dilapidation of natural
resources in order to maintain the ecological balance. It refers to doing business activity without
putting any negative impact on environment, community. The important target of sustainable
businesses strategy is to create the positive affect on those areas which organization are not able
to anticipate the obligation, that alternate can happen, directing the problems such as
environment decline, difference and ethical injustice. In this report they critical measure the roles
and responsibility of Christoph Genald and Jan Wurzbacher as suitable plan of action director
(Dressler and Paunović, 2019). Along with it also discuss the concept of technique of plan of
action business organization management which company can use for solve the problem of
sustainability. It explains the economical and ethical quandary which strategical leader handle
the activity for maintain the long and short term goals.

Sustainable strategic management are involves observing, explicate, and apply the action
plan for the organisation. These scheme are economically competitive, and socially responsible
in balances with the cycle of nature. These factors are formed while considering factors of
sustainability in mind. Sustainability strategic management allows companies to have positive
impact on both the environment and on society by helping in addressing world's most important
problems. It allows companies to work efficiently and in effective manner to achieve the goals of
the organisation. SSM strategic portfolio allows companies to make a competitor benefit by
helping as an agent for ecological protection and societal changes. It may be seeming illogical
that spending more money on sustainable business practices can increase profitably of the

company but studies shows sustainable companies are also profitable. The sustainable mangers
are answerable to make alteration within the organisation to sort it more preserve. It is also
essential for Climeworks management to form plan of action which provide support the
organisation to bring down the stuff of CO2 (Karlusch, Sachsenhofer and Reinsberger, 2018).
Roles and responsibilities of Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzabacher as sustainable plan of
action managers are given below-
Plan of action – Strategic evolution plans are very essential that company needs to
formulate as it is the process of researching and identifying various strategic options that
are available to the organisation and then selecting the most promising option and further
deciding in allocating the resources to achieve the organisation's goals. The managers are
responsible for making strategies and plans with the data and information available to
them and by studying about buyer’s behaviour the company cam plan to increase their
sales and profitability. As sustainable managers Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher
are need to focus that it make effective strategic plan which helps to making must be
surroundings friendly. There are some uncertainty which arises in enterprise such as risks
that cannot be foreseen and measured viable and feasible and to tackle all these problems
both the mangers should make effective strategies to tackle any uncertainties in their
business (Marathe, Dutta and Kundu, 2020).
Risk management- Risk management involves evaluating potential threats and
formulating plans to minimise those threats and problems. Strategic mangers help in
developing feasible scenarios for reducing any potential risks and develop risk that will
help senior management and leaders. Strategic managers try to create a environment
which reduces potential risks in the company. As a sustainable manager both the
managers should try to create a proper risk management strategy so that it can help them
to minimise their risks and do not provide any harm to the environment because emission
of CO2 practice is associated with higher risks. These strategies can also help the
managers in identifying opportunities that can exploit the risks and boost profitability of
their business. The director should want to examine whether the danger can be transfer,
recognized, decreased or get rid of (Muhmad and Muhamad, 2021)
Examine issues- Some other essential part of strategic manager is to find out those
problem that arises in enterprise surroundings. The director formulate various plans and
