Climate changes are a long term effect which harms the nature and human health in
wider population and provides the negative results and outcome. The climate change can
threaten the people with the scarcity of water, food and even shelter from where the human
health can be get affected in maximum manner. However, this climatic change also puts the
great negative impact business industries across the overall world (Mitchard, 2018). The
current report will illustrate the brief about the different types of issues a business
organisation face and suffer during the climatic change and enable themselves to earn the
less amount of profit and outcome. Along with this, the report will also going to mention
some steps from where the business firm can implement and reduce the carbon footprint in
definite order.

Climatic changes simply mean a long term change in the entire world where the rise of
temperature and weather patterns takes place such as flood. Today, the entire world is growing
and developing where the human activities are creating the maximum amount of change in the
surroundings from where the earth is getting wider amount of impact. As, it has been known that
the climate change is occurring rapidly in today generation which is caused by the unethical
activities of the human creature from which they are impacting the nature and environment in
definite way so that the temperature and weather patterns are changing rapidly. Human creature
is dynamically creating and making some implications from where they are harming the nature in
need of generating the electricity, manufacturing of the goods and cutting down of the forest and
tress from where the natural substances are getting affected and providing the climatic changes
in negative manner (White, 2018). Thus, the entire world and country wants to grow and develop
at definite level where the different business and organisations are getting impacted by these
climatic changes and leads them to not obtain the maximum amount of profit and productivity
and drives them to acquire poor results.
To run any business or an organisation, the management has to keep their focus on each
and every part of the business where it includes, costing, expenditures, operations, management,
rules and regulation and most importantly a reputational area. However, the business has been
