Introduction Climate changes refers to the changes or fluctuation in temperature and weather condition of the earth or globe.Basically it is the changes in the environmental condition of the planet due to various reason. It is affecting the life of the living organism which includes human body, plants, animal or natural resources in positive as well as negative manner even the life’s of many spices are in danger. The present report is based on climate change which is consider as the biggest threat to international security(caney, 2015). Further the report will examine how the climate changes is affecting the businesses and what are the reason for it. Furthermore the study will deliver suitable illustration in order to support the discussion. Apart from that the report will suggest the steps which the organization consider in order to reduce carbon footprint which is continuously increasing and affecting the lives of the planet. Main body In the current period of time the climate condition is changing rapidly as the depilation of natural resources increasing and utilization of the chemical by the factories or large firm in order to obtain profit as well as profitability. It is affecting the nature all over the globe and raising certain issues. For instance, crop failure, water insecurity, fishery collapses due to which the people are shifting one place to another( reyer, and et.al 2017.). Along with due to climate changes glacier is melting, sea level is increasing, droughts, forests are catching the fire are the affected the people. The climate changes affecting the business and bringing drastic changes and risk for the business. Due to that unemployment rate is increasing as risingin the temperature lead to the worst working condition in which it is hard for the employees to work in. Due to the climate changes thephysical environment condition is also changing due to which the the business enterprises is facing flood, hurricanes and other climate crazies. The infrastructure and assists of the organisation is damaged by the climate crises because of that the business face heavy losses in the marketplace( hunt, and watkiss, 2011).The climate condition are becoming works due to the pressure on the earth and global warming is increasing. The agriculture sector is not able to grow due to climate crises as the crop are not able to fertile or damage by heavy rains, flood, fire from bushes etc. Basically the agriculture sector is heavily depend on the climate and farmers also wait for the season or the monsoon as per the requirement or crop. Along with in order to control the the 3
climate changes and natural disaster almost every company supposed to contribute the profit in the suitability of the resources which decreases the income. Along with that it affecting the health and wellbeing of the employees due to which the employees are not able to deliver adequate efforts in the association( McNutt, 2013.). The business are the main reason of climate changes as they are over utilizing the natural resources and wasting them badly. Apart from that mangy of the association are producing the product which is manufacture by utilization of chemicals and affect the natural resources. These kind of product and services are avoidable by the customers as after the covid 19 the individual person are becoming conscious about the natural. Along with that the due to the plastic packaging the people avoid the buying of many products because most of time it is the reason of animals or water bodies dead. Due to that the organisation are unable to attract the people toward the productivity and generate the sales( tang, and demeritt,2018).. Steps to control the carbon footprint in order to control the climate changes the association should utilized some major steps that includes reduce carbon footprint which is continuously increasing and affecting the lives of the planet. For controlling the carbon footprint the organisation need to measure and determine the greenhouse gas emission due to which it is easy to determine the pollution created by the association. Along with that the company should reduces the consumption of the energy and didn’t use them if there is no requirement. In context to that the company can switch off the lights or the fans, air condition after completion of the office. The company has opportunity to generate light from the solar panel that is surely renewable energy and much better then man made. The company should decrease the utilization of plastic or product and raw material which is not recyclable and reducible( fiedler, and et.al 2021) The organisation can motivate the workers or the consumer for consuming the cars or the mode of transportation which are environmental friend for moving one place to another rather then using the petrol or deasil based vehicles. Apart from that the company should use the the equipment’s which are eco friendly for the production person. 4
