The toys the children used were recycled. We utilized the natural materials
(clay), trees and the natural nature for the art. For example, the kids were
instructed to draw their surroundings, or a tree outside. There was

I ensured that each child had planted a tree and had a responsibility of
taking care of it. During this time, they came up with ideas on how to

For plastics there was a dilemma as burning would destroy the nature
while burying them won’t help as they are non-degradable yet we
could not just heap them as they would act harbours to pests and also
