Further, the company is the associate member of UKCG and CCS groups that have positive impact on the communities with whom they work (Nikolaou, Evangelinos and Allan 2013). Moreover, the company promotes the apprenticeships, liaise and work experience with the collegesand schools along with delivering the site visits, curriculum assistance andmake them environmentally aware. Economic impact– The application of TBL will also assist the company in enhancing the profit with minimization of cost. This is achieved through procurement of local materials and labours wherever possible and improves the local economy. Challenge or conflict One conflict related to the application of TBL for the particular project was that the measurement of the TBL was complex which is considered as the major challenge in the process of applying the TBL principle.The system used by the company for measurement of intangible asset like reputation was hazy and it was challenging to link the changes under these areas for separating the activities in the short-term period (Glac 2015). Apart from this, thereliabilityandobjectivitythatwasachievedthroughmeasurementwasdoubtful. Therefore, more attention shall be paid not only on the method of measuring but also to the reliability of the values obtained.
