economy of country. It is the main reason that some innovative plans are emerging in the tourism
field (Sustainable development of tourism, 2018). One of the main example and idea of this is
Sustainable tourism which is essential for the travel and tourism sector in order to attract
different visitors for the purpose of travelling some destination. This industry is facing

development and human welfare. These goals primary emphases on giving economic

country. This report is based on “International Tourism Consultancy” organisation. The current
assignment concentration of sustainable tourism about this is has selected Qatar, it is a
developing nation in the globe with a famous or well-established travel and tourism industry.
This report shown about rational for planning and emphases on various methods to tourism
development. Along with this, assignment will determine the requirement for the sustainable
tourism planning and actual problem related to development planning of tourism. Including this,
economic, socio-culture and environmental effect on business in emerging places and developing
countries are also identifying in the study.

Tourism development planning: It can be determined as a preparation or activity of
arranging the future in order to achieve long term sustainable objectives and goals of specific
region. Furthermore, for tourism planning of Qatar will assist in completing the different targets
(Aldebert, Dang and Longhi, 2011). Main objectives of such planning is to increasing the
customer's satisfaction, environmental, economic and social development of sustainable use of
initiatives, Qatar, integration of society etc. At different level, tourism development planning of
Qatar emphasis on sub-regional, regional, international and national plans. All these are
determined as below:

International Level: Qatar tourism planning at this level is mainly emphasis on the
transportation facility of the nation. In other word, it also attended on number of visitors and tour
programs of other nations. In advance, contemporary development or process is main attraction
of such planning. It also include the promotion programs and marketing strategies for attracting
million number of visitors towards Qatar.
National level: It is another level, at this tourism planning is mainly emphasis on the
tourism policy as well as physical structure of the country. It creates different plans for the
