Thus, triple bottom line is used to justify the sustainable tourism development within Qatar. Triple bottom line is a framework that focuses on socio economic concern by adopting adequate corporate social responsibility. This concept has helped Quatar to achieve sustainable development by focusing on people, profit and planet in following ways: People:Triple bottom line has not only helped Qatar to improve the quality of life but also worked on the quality of live, social resources as well as concern for health and safety of people. It has decreased the unemployment rate by engaging the people in productive activities. Planet:On other side, this bottom line focuses to look for environmental concern by allocating resources properly and enhancing the quality of all natural resources such as water and air by not letting it polluted. Profit:This bottom line of Qatar emphasise on making the profit by increasing tourism activity and working on various factors such as tax, income, employment and so on. Thus, it helps in socio economic development of overall country. Factors that prevent/hinder sustainable tourism development Sustainable tourism development of respective country can get affected due to various factors such as extreme climatic condition. Like, if the climatic condition of country is not favourable then tourist may not prefer going to that specific place. Additionally, if Qatar bears political risk or instability then people are less likely spend their fund on it.
