INTRODUCTION The SWOT analysis helps the individual in thinking regarding its career and life which motivates towards the success. The Swot analysis helps the individual in analysing its strength and weakness along with opportunities and threats(Apriliyani, Setiadi and Mukson,2022).It is management technique and strategic planning. The employ-ability is a term defining to ability of gaining initial employment , maintaining employment and obtaining new employment. This requires the set of skills, knowledge, understanding and personal attributes. The report covers SWOT analysis and recommendation is provided in respect to its employ-ability. Personal SWOT analysis This method of the individual assessment help a personal to determine self improvement, career path, educational choice, growth opportunities and many more(Raviivvenkat and Rajeev, 2022). Strength Communication skill-This skill is an an art that need to be developed continuously. I haveagoodcommunicationskillthatimpactmypersonalandprofessionallives positively. This skill is my strength as it help me to build a better relationship with other that will be helpful for me in corporate world. Time management-I have another strength that is time management, it support me positively as by this skill I am able to accomplish my goals faster. This skill help me a lot in managing my all working that reduce my stress. This skill boost my confidence as it make me enough efficient that I can complete any project or task before deadlines. This skill h Weakness Decision making-It is my weakness as sometimes I am get late to to to any project because of late decision making. I am not so efficient that I can take a decision quickly due to which often I have to face some consequences.
Problem solving-In some circumstance, I could not solve the problems due to which the outcome bring negative impact. I have not enough ideas that help me to outs form a difficult situation. Opportunities Leadership skill-This skill will be a great opportunity for me as by becoming an effective leader I can manage a team efficiently that help me to accomplish the desired goals. It make me enable to bring out my best abilities through which I can motivate my team to work together and accomplish our goals. Team work- This skill help me to work with other person due to which I get more knowledge and learn that how to work easily with each other. This skill aid me to build a bond with my colleagues. It create a better understanding that help to accomplish a task easily. Threats Adaption of change- It isa big threat for as I can not adopt any changes very easily. In am not comfortable o work with quick changes that become hinder for me. Creativity-It is hinder for me as nowadays in every field creative people are required. But, I could not think in a creative manner due to which I get rejected in any competition and other things. Thus this skill is very big threats for me. Recommendations From the personal Swot analysis it is founded that the job role of HR is suitable which needs different skills for having well working. Every organization has the need of human resource for managing its business operations as it is set of people which make up the workforce of an organization (Beausoleil, 2022). The Role of HR is to find, recruit and offering training job applicants by administering employee benefit program. The human resource play an key role in helping companies top have dealing with fast changing business environment and high demand for quality employees(Lopes,2022). To pursue the job role in Field of HR it is recommended to individual to have different skills such as of communication skill, team work, mentoring and coaching, cultural awareness etc. It is recommended to select right people which will help in adding value in organization. As the role of human resource performing in company it is
responsible for managing team in effective way. For the job profile of human resource person is recommended to take several courses and coaching which can help in increasing its knowledge, skills along with its capabilities. It is recommended to align the business strategies with external and internal factors.
