SWOT Analysis is the individual assessment of an individual. This project is all about
the individual assessment over the personality. Different strengths, weaknesses, opportunities
and threats of an individual over the personality would project in the entire assessment. This
project would also reflect over the target plains as an individual. The target plan would reflect
the personal learning and career development.

SWOT Analysis is an internal assessment of the overall personality of an individual.
This is the presentations of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as an
individual of the overall personality of an individual.
Strengths
Strengths are the positive side of the personality of an individual. They are the key
areas about which an individual is good at against the overall personality. Strengths are the
key aspects that provide the strength to the individual and enhance the overall capabilities of
an individual in order to achieve the overall growth and objectives as an individual.
Good communication skill: Communication skill guide an individual to interact with other
individuals associated with the organisation. On the basis of the overall personality
assessment I can ensure that I carry the good communication skill. This is the skill that
supports the overall growth and development of my personality. II hold the effective
communication skill which support me in interacting with other stakeholders associated with
the organisation where I work in the best of my capacity. As an professional and individual to
work in the corporate sector its crucial to have the effective communication skill that can
support the effective level of interaction with other individuals (Abdel-Basset, Mohamed and
Smarandache, 2018). Communication skill always supported me to establish the healthy
personal and professional relationship with other individuals associated with the organisation.
