INTRODUCTIONIncrease in core competencies according to objectiveswhich determines a way to can be stated as a personal development.Professional development is related to the essentials of the profession, so aperson has to increase essentials core skills which helps in their profession.This assignment focuses on NHS which is a regulatory body of health careorganisations in the UK. It involves personal values honesty, ambitious,dedication; accuracy etc. supports to work in health and social care.Employee's personal culture and experience makes a huge impact onhealth and social care organisation (McNiff, 2010). A personaldevelopment plan can help employee to enhance their core values whichhelps in their qualitative work. Team working is a need in health andsocial care sector to increase the effectiveness of the work. Collectiveefforts and contribution of team members helps in expanding teameffectiveness.

TASK 11.1 Internal conceptual elements help the person to determine about beneficial, positive, usefuland important factors which can help them in their work (Antheunis, Tates and Nieboer,2013). Personal values are the core competencies to execute qualitative work by theemployees. Personal beliefs determine the work and the style to perform activities in thework place. I need to understand all my personal beliefs and values which strengthen myworking and attribute for delivering services in better and directional manner. My corevalues which related with my personality are smart work, faith, honesty and disciplinewhich supports an employees in their work place to execute their work which support meto maintain ethical working at workplace. All these things need to understand by me inbetter and definite manner so that effective practising could become possible. Principles of support for working in health and social care are related to the identificationof the mental illness and employee's has to be able for proper respond on this. It is essential foran employee to know about mental status of the patients and it supports the staff and doctors toprovide medical treatments to them. An employee's smart work can support them to analysecondition of their patients and by this medical team can provide better treatment to them.Another principle is to maintain safety and safeguarding responsibilities by the management byassessing risk in the work place (Trede, Macklin and Bridges, 2012). It helps the employees toperform their activities without any risk of security issues; it aids the management to generateactual manpower from their employees in health and social care.Personal values like freedom, happiness, peace and respect are some core values whichcan harm in providing services to vulnerable people. The personal values are supportive for anemployee and as well as for the management of the NHS to increase the potentials and workefficiency and accuracy of staff members to provide treatments and services to their patients. I used to properly estimate about my personal values with principles values so thatdefined manner of working could be done. Principles values used to support me at my workplacecriteria where as personal values assist me in real life as well as my workplace. This will lead toprovide a better reflection of working which enhance my ability to accomplish targets properly.
