As supported by Hofer, (2016, p.146), the smooth operation of an organisation can be only
possible through the smooth understanding of the requirement of the organization and the
process of implementing those. The implementation of the ideas and the views does not only
contribute to the development. The understanding of the time frame and the source of
information as a evidence also acts as the important criteria for development. As mentioned by
