Enterprise is planning to expand itsbusiness in Belgium, as it is its target market. It is targeting to families and professionals. Firm isplanning to enter into this location through licensing strategy, this will help in minimising risk offailure and will support in establish the branch in Belgium successfully. Current assignment willconduct industry analyses and target country analyses.
