To reach at the current position thecompany and its authorities have made gone through struggle, hard work and with constantdetermination they have reached here. At present Samsung is world's largest info tech companywith bring at 2 number for largest ship builders in the world. One of the major competitor of theSamsung is the USA bases company Apple Inc. The company have faced serious allegation ofthe infringement of the technology from its rivals that results in steep fall in the revenues. Thecompetition in the market place is also getting tougher and new entries in this industrious ismaking it tougher effecting the growth of Samsung. But the organisation have emergedsuccessfully and maintained its position in the markets so this phase will be faced by it smoothly.In this research papers various aspects related with Samsung are addressed which includesformulating strategies over the SWOT analysis, effects of environmental factor, identifying keystakeholders, the organisational structure and design, motivating employees and controls andrecommendation for Samsung.FORMULATING STRATEGIESStrength: The major strengthen of the Samsung is it have a retained a global position in the marketand have a significant reputation leading to have a large consumer base with a grate emphasis onResearch and development. These strengths can be exploited by Samsung in positive way byentering in those areas where it is not operating as this is not unknown name and is a leadingcompany in information technology (Lo and et.al., 2018).
