Strengths
The organization has some strength that has been enabling it to work towards the
accomplishment of its short and long-term objectives. These include:
1. A strong brand in the market. It is an established organization that has maintained a
good reputation.
2. The company has a large pool of talented, qualified, and experienced workers
3. The organization has high employee retention. The rate of employee turn-over is
quite minimal because most workers stay for a long duration. Doctors do not resign
quite often.
Weaknesses
The following are the weaknesses that the management needs to overcome in order to
create a favorable and accommodative working environment for all the employees:
1. Poor leadership in the organization. Doctors are not managed well. Leadership is
ineffective.
2. Lack of motivation because most employees feel demoralized
3. Lack of involvement of employees in the major decision-making processes. Most
decisions are dominated by the management
4. Poor conflict-management and communication in the workplace
Opportunities
The organization has got some opportunities that it needs to exploit. These are:
