1. Introduction
The Pine Valley Furniture is concerned with the processing of high quality made from the wood
furniture and it also supplies these materials around the United States. The firm started back in
the early 1980s with aim of manufacturing custom furniture for clients (Tangjang, and Nair,
2016). That time the records were preserved in a cabinet of a file but over years it has evolved
and came up with Information System for meeting the requirements of the users and
administrators from different locations. Currently, the firm is split in various locations within the
United States and in order to meet the requirements of the users satisfactorily came with this
system of automating services across different locations (Valacich, George, and Valacich, 2017).
Now the firm has an idea of developing an e-commerce website comprising of several forms of
customers such as home office, family as well as a student among other in order to uphold
competition with other companies offering similar services. The main purpose of the Pine Valley
Furniture Information System is to advance the sales as well as the ultimate benefits of the firm.
Through this system, the Pine Valley Furniture system expects a smooth flow of the company by
minimizing the cost of labor and management overhead costs.
2. Data to be collected on Customer Profile Form
Tracking System for customers of Pine Valley Furniture needs to be implemented which
