Stakeholder DescriptionThe associated stakeholders of this particular project are described in the list below: StakeholderDescriptionHospital OwnersThe owners and trustees of this hospital are considered as sole moststakeholders who provide fund to the hospital and all otheractivities related to maintain better infrastructure and providingbetter facilities to the medical emergency patients. Therefore, theyare considered as external stakeholder of this project. Board Of DirectorsFor this project, Board of Directors are considered as externalexecutive as they are not related with various daily activitiesperformed in the organization. They become responsible for allnecessary decisions taken place for the organization’s benefits. Medical Director (MD)The Medical Directors (MDs) maintained the rules and orders fromDirectors in different hospital related issues. However, for anymedical emergency, MDs do consult with other specialized doctorsto reach conclusion about the patients’ course of treatment and theirways for patients to get well soon. System AdministratorThe system administrator of this project is considered as an internalexecutive ‘My Health Record’ project. PatientsThe admitted patients of this system are get directly associated withthe project are they are considered as one of the importantstakeholder of this project’s implemented system. They areconsidered as External-Executive for the implementation of MyHealth Record. GovernmentThe government is the one who would be funding for theimplementation of the system. This is because the system wouldhelp the mass of the Australia and improve the overall health of thecountry.DoctorsThe doctors are ones who are directly related to all operations,patients, management personnel of ‘My Health Record’ projectwork. They are selected to get in to the internal operationalstakeholder portion of this project work. NursesNurses are selected as internal operations for My Health Recordproject. After doctors, they are directly connected with bothpatients and doctors every time and also guided the patientsaccordingly for better and quick treatment. They also help thepatients with the help of their proper assistance. Hence, nurses areconsidered as Internal-Executive in this implementation project. StaffsStaffs are also directly associated with the implemented system asthey look after of the database management of all patients with alltheir details both personal and health related. According to this,they are get identified in internal-operations stakeholder of thisproject.
